Climate-friendly new residential building

With the development area 412 - "Häuslinger Wegäcker West," the city of Erlangen is creating a family-friendly residential quarter with a balanced mix of various housing forms. Here, SCHULTHEISS Wohnbau AG is constructing a high-quality new residential complex on Högelsteinweg. The planning of a total of 28 condominiums is being done in collaboration with the Erlangen architectural firm SDS Architekten.
The apartments feature different layouts with 1.5 to 4 rooms, and the sizes range from approximately 42 m² to 109 m². Those who appreciate comfortable living can look forward to a modern atmosphere and architecture filled with natural light. Inside the units, a ventilation system ensures a pleasant indoor climate.
The residential building itself impresses with floor-to-ceiling windows and clear, straight lines. Heating is efficient, environmentally friendly, and future-proofed using district heating from ESTW in a contracting model. During construction, we use MEIER eco-limestone with high-quality and local materials to ensure sustainable property value and protect our environment.
