At the very beginning of Schnieglinger Straße, on the city limits, the gaze falls on a beautiful historic sandstone block building from the 19th century, next to and behind the monument extends the green meadow. You will soon be able to enjoy these wonderful views every day, because SCHULTHEISS Wohnbau AG is building a new residential building with 13 condominiums in Schnieglinger Strasse 334, right across the street.
The new building in modern architecture is representative and inviting at the same time. The living space is between 60 and 111 square meters. Generous window areas provide plenty of daylight in the interior and fit harmoniously into the facade design. State-of-the-art building technology and real wood parquet underline the sophisticated character of the apartments, while the high-quality bathrooms are equipped with products from well-known brand manufacturers.
The living environment also leaves nothing to be desired: In the vicinity of Schnieglinger Straße there is a lively quarter in which you still know each other and appreciate good neighborhood. Enjoy an evening stroll along the Pegnitz, a detour to the famous “Campo” ice cream parlor and the relaxed lifestyle in your residential area.
Schniegling is a district in the west of Nuremberg and borders in the northwest on Poppenreuth, in the southwest along the Pegnitz on Doos, in the southeast on the Westfriedhof district and in the northeast on Wetzendorf. The original core of the settlement consisted of a mill and a few farms, later some businesses and several mansions were added, in 1899 Schniegling was incorporated into Nuremberg.
Today Schniegling is a popular residential area and a lively part of the big city, but still has another, idyllic, village side to offer. You benefit from short distances - in small shops, at the neighboring florists, butchers and pharmacies, people still know each other personally on Schnieglinger Straße. You can also find everyday items in the large supermarket chains on Hans-Böckler- and Brettergartenstraße. Kindergarten and school are also in the immediate vicinity and easy to reach.
The city bus routes 37 and 38 pick you up from the “Herderstraße” stop practically in front of the front door and bring you comfortably to your desired destination in the direction of Fürth or Nuremberg. Many leisure activities await you in the nearby Pegnitzgrund: Here you can jog, cycle, go for a walk, picnic in the meadow or just relax.
