In the third construction phase of the Herzo Base, we are building 14 future houses with clever energy concepts and a sustainable living environment. As a KfW 40 Plus house with a photovoltaic system and electricity storage, the terraced houses on Anna-Seghers-Straße meet the highest requirements in terms of energy efficiency. A charging infrastructure for your electromobility is available in the carport right from the start. The planning of the project lies with the architects Rößner + Waldmann from Erlangen, which emerged as the competition winner from the previous architecture competition.

The city of Herzogenaurach operates a so-called local model, which is why sales are made via an applicant list. Anyone who lives in Herzogenaurach, works in Herzogenaurach or who comes from Herzogenaurach and has lived here can apply for admission.
